From a trip to Rondane in Norway this summer. The timing wasn’t perfect for any landscape pictures, with the bright light, but the view was impressive.

Kjempeflott natur det er ikke mye som slår gode gamle Norge når det gjelder flott natur
Er det en person som står der på høyresiden?
Thanks, Ivar. No persons in this picture, it is one of the typical beacons found in Norwegian mountain terrain.
Not perfect, but you’ve elegantly captured the gradience from cloudless to cloudy, which must have been difficult if you patched the images. Rondane is beautiful!
Did I mention that the panorama is result of over ten handheld pictures?
I only wish I was there a few hours earlier, with a more pleasing light.
handheld?? Amazing
I have to admit that Photoshop did most of the work. I just took ten or so pictures that overlapped. And nature certainly did it’s part.
When is it ever perfect? <besides, waiting for the light could have gotten you in trouble…
I could have been there before, getting the sunset, but I didn’t go to bed until nearly 6 in the morning… Getting up only two hours later was hard enough.
The walk was not too long, so I wanted to return in the evening, but sadly this was the same day that we were leaving. It was a great trip with my ex-colleagues, and I would love to return again.
It’s a very nice shot – despite the difficult conditions. I love it!
Thank you, Jacob. I’m still considering going back for a second shot. But then again, there are many other nice places to get great shots too.
