This is stunning!
The detail and the lighting is perfect.
But why do you hide the date and time of the post?
@Marius: Thanks! Macro photography is very rewarding when I get shots I’m pleased with.
When I designed how I wanted this blog I felt that date and time of the post was irrelevant of the post. The image matters, not when the post was published. I could include info on when the image was taken, but not sure what value that adds either.
Probably right.
Great one – butterflies are our favorite object for macro (well – together with spiders that is….) this is a nice one – in its natural environment and with great sharpness and colors.
Thanks a lot, F&S. I have many pictures of butterflies (and flowers), but i try to publish other pictures as well. With the project X/52 (one picture every week) I will publish more images than earlier, and hopefully also keep a good rate of images not part of the project as well.
